Limitation of Liability<\/h4>\n\n    <p class=\"terms-text\">\n        The website shall not be liable for delayed or undelivered messages due to any of the following:\n    <\/p>\n\n    <ul class=\"terms-list\">\n        <li>Incorrect recipient phone numbers.<\/li>\n        <li>SMS service unavailability or compatibility issues.<\/li>\n        <li>Weak or interrupted mobile network coverage.<\/li>\n        <li>Restrictions imposed by the Communications, Space &amp; Technology Commission (CST).<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <h4 class=\"terms-section-title\">6. Message Classification According to CST Regulations<\/h4>\n\n    <ul class=\"terms-list\">\n        <li><strong>Warning Messages:<\/strong> Messages issued by government authorities for warning purposes.<\/li>\n        <li><strong>Awareness Messages:<\/strong> Educational or awareness content sent by non-profit or recognized organizations.<\/li>\n        <li><strong>Service Messages:<\/strong> Messages related to personal services such as appointment reminders or electronic verification.<\/li>\n        <li><strong>Personal Messages:<\/strong> Messages exchanged between identified individuals that are not commercial in nature.<\/li>\n        <li><strong>Promotional Messages:<\/strong> Marketing or commercial messages. Promotional SMS must include the suffix <strong>AD<\/strong> after the sender name.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <h4 class=\"terms-section-title\">Additional Rules (Sending Hours)<\/h4>\n\n    <p class=\"terms-text\">\n        Promotional and awareness messages may not be sent during the following periods:\n    <\/p>\n\n    <ul class=\"terms-list\">\n        <li>From <span class=\"highlight-text\">10:00 PM to 9:00 AM<\/span>.<\/li>\n        <li>During the month of Ramadan: From <span class=\"highlight-text\">1:00 AM to 12:00 PM (Noon)<\/span>, Saudi Arabia time.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <h4 class=\"terms-section-title\">7.
