Important Notice: We recommend submitting your Sender ID renewal request at least 15 days before the expiration date to ensure uninterrupted SMS service.

To continue using your Sender ID without interruption, please follow the steps below to renew your Sender ID.

Step 1: Complete the Contract Confirmation Form (If Not Previously Submitted)

Step 2: Pay the Annual Renewal Fee

Sender ID Renewal Fee: SAR 230 (Including VAT) per year.

Sender IDs can be renewed for a period ranging from one year up to five years.

Step 3: Complete the Renewal Form

After completing the payment, please:

• Fill out the Sender ID Renewal Form.
• Attach a copy of the bank transfer receipt.
• Specify the Sender ID you wish to renew.
• Enter your username correctly.
• Provide a mobile number for contact in case additional information is required.

Important Notes

• The annual renewal fee is SAR 230 per Sender ID.
• Sender IDs can be renewed for up to 5 years in advance.
• Incomplete information may delay request processing.
