Activate Promotional and Advertising SMS Messages

If promotional or marketing SMS messages are not being delivered to your mobile phone, the reception of advertising messages may be blocked by your mobile network operator.

You can activate the reception of promotional messages by following the instructions below based on your service provider.

Activate Promotional Messages for Mobily Subscribers

1. Open the Messages app on your mobile phone.
2. Type the letter K.
3. Send the message to 604445.
4. Wait for the confirmation message indicating that promotional and advertising SMS messages have been activated.

Activate Promotional Messages for Zain Subscribers

1. Open the Messages app.
2. Type the word Activation.
3. Send the message to 705000.
4. You will receive a confirmation SMS indicating that the promotional messaging service has been activated.

Activate Promotional Messages for STC Subscribers

1. Open the Messages app.
2. Type 3322.
3. Send the message to 900.
4. You will receive a confirmation message indicating that the activation process was successful and that promotional messages have been enabled.

Important Notes

• Activation may take several minutes depending on your mobile operator.
• If the issue persists, please contact your telecom service provider.
• Make sure your mobile number is not registered on the operator’s advertising message blocking list.
