Getting started with OurSMS is simple and only requires a few steps.
Step 1: Create an Account
Register for a new account through the OurSMS platform.
Once your account is created, you can access the control panel and start preparing your messaging services.
Step 2: Activate Your Sender Name
Before sending SMS messages, you need to activate an approved Sender ID.
To activate your sender’s name:
- Complete the Sender ID activation request.
- Submit the required supporting documents.
- Ensure the sender’s name matches your company, organization, or registered brand.

Step 3: Recharge Your Account
After your sender’s name has been approved, you can recharge your account balance.
OurSMS supports:
- Bank Transfer
- Online Payment (Mada, Visa, MasterCard)
You can view available packages and pricing through the pricing page or directly from your account dashboard.
Step 4: Start Sending Messages
Once your account is activated and funded, you can begin sending:
- Bulk SMS campaigns
- Transactional notifications
- OTP verification messages
- Customer alerts and reminders
