How to Request a New SMS Sender ID

Dear Customer,

To request a new SMS Sender ID, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Complete the Authorization Letter and Contract

For Charitable Organizations

For Companies and Establishments

For Government Entities

Step 2: Complete the Sender ID Request Form

After completing the Authorization Letter and Contract, fill out the Sender ID Request Form and upload the required documents.

Required Documents

  • A copy of the Commercial Registration (CR) for companies and establishments.
  • A copy of the license for charitable organizations.

Important Notes

Companies and Establishments

The Authorization Letter must be certified by the Chamber of Commerce before submission.

Sender ID Activation Fee

The annual SMS Sender ID activation fee is:

SAR 230 (VAT Included)

Sender ID Requirements

The Sender ID must have a clear and direct relationship with the Commercial Registration or business activity.

If there is no direct relationship, supporting documents must be provided, such as:

  • Trademark Certificate.
  • Municipal License.
  • Agency Registration Certificate.
  • Saudi Food & Drug Authority (SFDA) Certificate.
  • Proof of ownership of a Saudi domain name.

Sender ID Length Limits

  • English Sender ID: Maximum 11 characters.
  • Promotional Sender ID: Maximum 8 characters.
