Exporting Student Phone Numbers from Noor System

You can export student data and mobile phone numbers from the Noor System and import them directly into the OurSMS platform to easily send SMS messages to students and parents.

Steps to Export Phone Numbers from Noor System

Step 1: Log in to Noor System

Sign in to your Noor System account using your school’s login credentials.

Step 2: Open Reports

From the main menu, select Reports.

Step 3: Select Statistical Reports

Click Statistical Reports and then choose Student Guidance Data.

Step 4: Select the Academic Term

Choose the desired academic term.

For the most up-to-date information, it is recommended to select the most recently completed term.

Step 5: Export the Data

The Noor System will generate an Excel file containing student information such as:

• Student Name
• Mobile Number
• Grade Level
• Class Information

Importing the Data into OurSMS

After downloading the Excel file from Noor System, you can upload it directly to the OurSMS platform using:

• Import Contacts from Excel
• Variable SMS Messaging

This allows you to organize contacts and start sending SMS messages immediately.
