The OurSMS platform provides international SMS messaging services to most countries worldwide, enabling businesses to communicate with customers outside Saudi Arabia reliably and efficiently.

To activate international SMS messaging, please specify the target countries and contact our support team. Some countries require additional procedures and Sender ID approval before messages can be sent.

International Sender ID Requirements

Before submitting your request, please ensure that the following requirements are met:

• Complete the International SMS Requirements Form and submit it in Microsoft Word format.
• Complete the country-specific form on your company’s official letterhead.
• Stamp and sign all required documents.
• Submit country-specific forms in PDF format.
• The Sender ID must match the company name listed in the Commercial Registration.
• If the Sender ID differs from the company name, a trademark registration certificate must be provided.
• The company must own a domain name related to the Sender ID or provide proof of domain ownership.
