How to Activate a Sender ID for Charitable Organizations

If you represent a charitable organization and would like to activate a Sender ID to send SMS messages under your organization’s name, you can submit a request through the OurSMS platform by following the steps below.

Step 1: Download the Authorization Letter

Download the authorization letter template designated for charitable organizations and complete it using the organization’s official letterhead.

Important Notes

• All required information must be completed accurately.
• The letter must be signed and stamped by the authorized representative.
• The requested Sender ID must be clearly related to the organization’s name or activities.

Step 2: Attach the Organization License

You must provide a clear copy of one of the following documents:

• Charitable Organization License.
• Official Registration Certificate issued by the relevant authority.

Step 3: Complete the Sender ID Request Form

After preparing the required documents, complete the Sender ID request form and upload the necessary files.

Sender ID Activation Fee

The Sender ID activation fee is:

230 SAR per year (including VAT).

Payment Method

After submitting the request, the activation fee can be paid using the approved OurSMS bank accounts.

Sender ID Requirements

Before submitting your request, please ensure the following conditions are met:

• The Sender ID must be clearly related to the organization’s name or activities.
• The Sender ID must not exceed 11 English characters.
• The Sender ID must not already be registered by another organization.
• All required documents must be submitted clearly and accurately.

Activation Process

Once all requirements have been completed, the request will be submitted to the relevant authorities for approval. You will be notified of the request status as soon as the approval process is completed.
